Some words on The Transition

I am increasingly asked “What is going on, Paul? What is REALLY going on, spiritually speaking?”
Well, whilst I generally benefit from very good guidance, especially concerning matters metaphysical and spiritual, I, like any other human being on earth, still make mistakes on a day by day level and I don’t know everything. But I will try here to give a brief and simple first response to this vast multi-layered issue. It’s a brief beginning point which may help.

The Transition

We are incarnated in a period of time here on earth of great transition. It is a transition that has its genesis as far back as the middle of the 1800s and The Industrial Revolution and it gradually begins to peak as we go through this 21st century. Within an even bigger view it has it’s roots in the Younger Dryas which briefly triggered a sudden return to the Ice Age, ending around 11,700 years ago.
This transition affects our existence here at every level, - the electro-magnetic and physical, environmentally, emotionally, mentally and in our souls and spiritual centres. It is a massive process of change. And as a spiritual grouping, we human souls are probably just approaching the half way stage of its most intense phase.
First and foremost we may experience it as an awakening, an increase in awareness, becoming more sensitive to life around us. We may have inner glimpses of a better world, of a brighter future. We will also begin to see that nothing in the material world is as it first seems to be. That there is a hidden world waiting for us to discover it.
However this surge of awakening is meeting opposition. Many individuals either do not want such liberating change, feeling threatened by the uncertainty all changes bring and therefore they oppose it: or they pretend that they do want change whilst actually seeking more and more control through the initiatives they advocate. So we either try to return things to how they were as some would have us do, resisting any progress, or, in our confusion and fear, let others make many material changes on our behalf, often at bewildering speed, persuading us they know what’s best. Either way we can feel tossed about by the seemingly unpredictable tides of life.
In the centre of these external tides and influences are you. Being first pulled one way then being pulled another as you seek a clearer understanding. The media, and especially “social” media often adds to this pressure. (It is perhaps the most clear indication of how tough it can be for those of us seeking a calm clarity when our “social” media is flooded with individuals who style themselves as “influencers”, seeking to persuade us how and what to think.)
How can we deal with this first aspect of the Transition? How can we overcome the apparent turbulence around us, so becoming more and more imperturbable, less prone to outer control and influence as we engage with the transition and it’s effects? This is where the regular daily practice of simple meditation comes in, along with the clearing of old, destructive patterns of feeling and thinking. Such disciplines, which are essentially simple, will gradually clear the mental clouds around us, connecting us more dynamically with the highest forces and greatest possibilities of life.
I also suggest here a simple exercise as a first act of welcoming the Transition whilst remaining true to the stability of your inner core, your eternal inner light and power.
So, during these days in the approach to Easter, a time of healing, of growth and, of a rising up of the Light over Darkness write these words down and keep them with you, reading them frequently and reflecting and meditating on them.
“The extremes meet and are reconciled in me.”
“All things work together for Good.”
These words and the truth they express are a good beginning point for your effective and secure participation in this experience of transition and our ultimate human transformation.
I will write more on this in my next newsletter.
In the meantime, have a Joyful and Happy Easter, spend time with those you love if you can, and allow the beautiful light in you to rise up and shine.

Thank you for all of you who help me and support me. I am very grateful.
I so look forward to working with you.
Love and all good things,
Paul
P.S. There are some free meditation exercises on my Catalogue and my YouTube channel that you can download to help you.
